WHAT IS PPP

This is a scheme for the implementation of investment projects on mutually beneficial terms for business and the city.

Basically, the infrastructure necessary for the city is being created under PPP contracts. For example, an outpatient oncological center, a drug production plant has already been built in the city within the framework of PPP, the first toll road in the city is under construction, a cableway is being designed, etc.

• considers applications from investors on the implementation of projects;
• interacts with the federal executive authorities, resource supplying organizations, credit and financial institutions, development institutions and other organizations on issues of support of PPP projects;
• provides advice and organizational assistance to investors.
