Only elevators go higher
The first electric elevator in Moscow was installed in 1901 in a commercial building on Rozhdestvensky Boulevard. Seven years later, the first public elevator was commissioned. It was installed in the Mur &Meriliz trading house (now TsUM) and at first it scared the visitors a lot. Energy charge
The Kursk Nuclear Power Plant has the most powerful transformer in Russia, TC-630000/330. Its capacity is 630 MVA, and it weights 400 tons. This giant was produced in 2007 by the Moscow-based company Electrozavod that is a part of ERSO group of companies since 2021. Today, engineers of this innovative enterprise create digital twin power grids and automated city management systems.
